We work alongside a number of claims repair networks, offering a full claim management journey from surveying to completion. Fire, Flood, Escape of water, Storm & Subsidence.

Claim Types

Escaped Water

Escape of water in property damaging ceilings/walls/floors – this can range from replacing a ceiling and re-decoration, to a complete strip out and refurbish.

Storm

Most frequently resulting in damage to roofs, chimneys and walls.

Impact

Impact by a vehicle damaging fabric of building – commercial and domestic.

Accidental Damage

Damage to the insured’s own property – commonly worktops, sanitaryware, flooring.

Flood

Usually from overflowing rivers or, more recently, tidal surges. This may often involve the clearing of a building, drying and then repairs and redecoration.

Fire

This may range from a small chip pan fire to a partially or completely damaged building.
